This quotation is valid for 15 days from the date of issue. After that, prices may be adjusted to raw-material costs and exchange rates at the time of order.

30% deposit by T/T on order confirmation; 70% balance against copy of B/L.

Payment by irrevocable L/C at sight, issued by a bank acceptable to the seller, subject to UCP 600.

Sample charges are refunded in full once the bulk order reaches MOQ.

Inspection per ISO 2859-1, level II, AQL 0 / 2.5 / 4.0 (critical / major / minor). Natural wood may vary in colour and grain — not a defect.

12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. Excludes damage from improper handling, installation or outdoor use of indoor products.

Prices are FOB Cat Lai (Incoterms 2020). All costs and risks after goods are loaded on board are for the buyer's account.

Prices are based on the USD/VND rate on the quotation date. If the rate moves more than 2% before payment, prices will be adjusted accordingly.

Neither party is liable for delays caused by natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, government action or other events beyond reasonable control.
